Ballet/Pointe
Ballet is a classical form of dance concentrating on precise movement, proper body alignment and grace.
Hip Hop
Hip-hop dance is an energetic form of dance typically referred to as street dance with its freestyle movements. Hip Hop dance is very popular because it is usually performed to todays latest music.
Jazz
Jazz dance is typically performed to upbeat music consisting of stylized movement, steps, poses and technique.
Lyrical
Lyrical is a style of dance that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance. Story telling is developed through lyrical choreography focusing on flexibility and technique.
Tap
Tap dance is a form of dance in which sounds are created using the dancer's shoes.
Technique
Technique class strictly focuses on strength and conditioning, the introduction and/or improvement of various leaps, turns and jumps.
Tumbling
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics using a mat concentrating on flips, handsprings and walkovers.
